What Youll Do
A typical Regional Managers day might include:
- Coaching a new Property Manager on feedback conversations as they prepare for their teams quarterly performance reviews.
- Conducting a due diligence inspection for an upcoming acquisition and compile findings into digestible reports for ownership groups.
- Collaborating with Development on new construction projects, providing a keen operational perspective.
- Leading a meeting to communicate vision, clarify goals, and motivate the team ahead of a challenging quarter.
- Creating an annual budget and capital improvement plan for a newly acquired community.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
This role might be a fit for you if:
- You take ownership and understand the big picture. You find the small everyday win and find ways to do more with less.
- You are a natural communicator. You can make the complex and scary, simple. Like orchestrating team efforts after a devastating fire. You are comfortable communicating on multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, etc.
- You are curious and driven. You like asking those questions that hit at the root of the problem and then follow up with more questions.
- You are flexible. You enjoy learning new things and rolling with changes. Your availability allows for a flexible work week and some regional travel.
- You have at least three years' experience in a supervisory capacity managing multiple multifamily communities and have earned an industry designation, such as CAM or CAPS. Also, we would like to see a bachelors degree in business or a related field.
