Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Solar Energy Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of solar energy projects across the US. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and a deep understanding of renewable energy systems and construction processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and adhere to budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement detailed project plans for solar tracker installations in concentrated solar projects, clearly defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Identify and assess potential risks, creating effective mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery.
- Proactively address challenges that arise during project execution to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and exceed quality standards.
- Conduct ongoing performance evaluations of solar tracking systems, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary upgrades.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including manuals, schematics, and maintenance protocols.
- Offer technical support and training to customers and internal team members.
- Remain informed about emerging industry trends and technologies to help maintain a competitive advantage.
