Overview :
The Content Writer and Strategy Specialist will play a vital role in defining and maintaining Arctic Compressor's brand voice and messaging across various platforms. This position is responsible for ensuring that all written and visual content aligns with our company's mission, values, and objectives. The specialist will drive customer engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Copywriting Across Channels :
Develop compelling and targeted copy for blogs, brochures, email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
Tailor messaging for our audiences, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and engagement.Content Strategy Development :Develop a content strategy that aligns with business goals and ensures consistent messaging.Maintain a content calendar for marketing campaigns and product launches.Analyze audience insights and industry trends for relevant content..Storytelling Expertise :Create stories that showcase Arctic Compressor's product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Use customer testimonials and success stories to build trust, and leverage storytelling to humanize the brand and connect with customers.Public Relations and External Communications :Write and distribute press releases for company news, product launches, and milestones.
Collaboration Across Departments :Collaborate with the marketing team, sales reps, and product experts to gather insights for content.
Align content strategy with marketing campaigns and promotional goals.Work with graphics creator to enhance written content with visuals.Performance Monitoring and Optimization :Monitor content performance with analytics tools and offer data-driven recommendations to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
Stay current with industry trends to improve content quality.Education and Experience :
Preferred bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.3 of professional experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications.Proven experience developing and managing content strategies across multiple channels (social, digital, print, email).Technical Skills :
Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), WordPress, or similar platforms preferred.Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience writing optimized content.Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Mailjet - or similar) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).Core Competencies :
