Sales Representative

If this describes you, we want you to join our team! We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative at our Fairbanks location. Prior sales experience is not required but is a MAJOR plus!

Compensation: $5,000 per month starting pay. After 1-3 months of training, will adjust to base salary plus commission estimated at $65,000-$90,000 per year.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promoting hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and water treatment to customers in our showroom and local sales events.
• Answering phones, greeting customers, and completing sales transactions
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on features, benefits, and maintenance.
• Perform in-home site visits to determine delivery requirements and accessibility
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Organizing, cleaning and merchandising in the showroom.
• Attending sales meetings and training/education opportunities.
• Performing any additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Schedule: Average of 40-50 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays, plus some Sundays during show season.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the wellness, home improvement, or luxury goods industry. (Preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Must pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Must be able and willing to learn new information and skills
