Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting processes. Duties
- Oversee all aspects of general ledger reconciliation and ensure accuracy in journal entries.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections, to maintain cash flow.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Utilize Quicken and other financial software to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with public accounting firms during audits and tax preparation processes.
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation for easy access and reference.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role in corporate or public accounting environments.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and accounts receivable management.
- Proficiency in Quicken and other relevant financial software applications.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, principles, and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners as needed.
