Overview: This position will assist in overseeing the assigned programs to ensure all program management is completed and is in accordance with department and company standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate has general program/project management knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in a timely manner. The Program Specialist must be able to multi-task, prioritize daily deliverables and adapt to unexpected changes as well as take appropriate action with little supervision.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities of assigned programs to ensure program progression
- Prepare enrollment/submittal documents in accordance with the program requirements
- Coordinate with consultants and operational teams to determine maximum client revenue and cost reduction
- Learn, understand, and communicate applicable program regulations, policies, and procedures
- Manage programs as assigned

Reports to: Energy Program Manager
Requirements
Education, Experience and Desired Qualifications:
- HERS Rater Certification, training to be provided.
- 1-2 Years of Construction Knowledge (preferred)
- Experienced in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences, including customers, clients, and colleagues.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment (internal and external clients!).
- A self-starter with the ability to make sound decisions based on independent judgment.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Prior Utility or Above Code Program experience a plus!

Work Environment: Office
Physical Demands: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full Time 40 hours per week (8 Hours/Day)
