Job Summary:
">The R&D Director Lacquers & Printing is responsible for driving innovation and product development within the organization. This strategic role requires a strong technical background in Coating and Printing Technologies and experience in managing complex projects from concept to commercialization.
">Responsibilities:
">- Investigate internal and external customer requests and develop strategies to provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage a high number of complex projects within the key departmental project teams through all stage gates.
- Lead dedicated expert/specialist teams in a confined, dedicated field of expertise.
- Provide technical assistance to complaints, qualifications and services to resolve quality and/or productivity issues.
- Leads cross-functional project teams with suppliers and universities that are beneficial to the goals of the organization.
Requirements:
">The successful candidate will have a Diploma-/or Master's degree in relevant area (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Print Engineering) and minimum of 4-5 years of management/project management experience in Coating and Printing Technologies.
