Ardelle Associates is seeking an Litigation Paralegal to support the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Affirmative Civil Enforcement ("ACE") Unit in Louisville, KY.

TYPICAL DUTIES
The duties of the Litigation Support Paralegal include researching and analyzing case law, statutes, and judicial precedents, managing discovery and responding to propounded discovery, drafting subpoenas and civil investigatory demands, organizing and preparing evidence and documents for pretrial preparations, utilizing computer hardware and litigation support programs for presentations, reviewing a variety of legal and non-legal documents, performing electronic file processing and quality assurance, ensuring compliance with ESI specifications, providing helpdesk support, and training users on litigation support applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree or Paralegal Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- One (1) year of experience performing electronic discovery roles including but not limited to electronic files
processing, image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval;
- Experience with NetDocs, eScanit, Eclipse, LAW, IPRO Suite, Relativity, and CaseMap suite valued;
- Working knowledge of personal networked computers, including Windows 10, MS Office Suite, and networked printers;
- Knowledge of computer systems, databases, litigation discovery process, and the Electronic Discovery
Reference Model (EDRM) workflow;
- Knowledge of document review software, and encryption methods;
- Have U.S. Citizenship;
