We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, customer service representative to service our existing commercial clients and new customers. As a full-time Account manager/CSR you will service the needs of existing business clients, cross sell other products and assist the principal agent in placement of new business policies. A 440 or 220 Property & Casualty license is required and Minimum 3 years Experience.

Responsibilities
- Solicit new business from self generated and inbound calls/leads and use account rounding add lines for existing clients.
- Process customer policy renewal, change requests, handle claim calls, complete certificates of insurance, process payments.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Prepare insurance quotes, applications and securing all trailing documents from customers.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Document each customer contact and activities in online management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, Maintain client relationships, Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems to maintain client retention.
- A 440 or 220 Property & Casualty license is required and minimum 3 years Commercial lines experience.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal & computer skills.
- Must have ability to work with online / web based agency management system and company portals.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
