What You’ll Do
As the HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department with responsibilities that include:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generating and preparing HR reports for the Director of Human Resources on topics such as attendance, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
- Managing and maintaining HRIS systems, including BambooHR and ADP, for employee records and data accuracy.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Supporting recruitment efforts by managing job postings and applicant tracking through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and field specific sites.
- Handling sensitive and confidential HR-related documents and communications with discretion.
Core Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- HRIS Systems: Maintain and update employee information in BambooHR and ADP systems.
- Report Preparation: Create reports for the Director of Human Resources, including turnover, headcount, and payroll data.
- Administrative Support: Organize appointments and meetings, manage office communications, and maintain accurate records.
- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, track applicants, and assist with the hiring process.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and execute in-house events.
- General Office Support: Handle mail distribution, mail merge projects, and other administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
