Package Engineer Consultant

Project will run through end of 2025 (possible for extension)

Location : Orange County, 5 Days Onsite

Targeted Date : ASAP

Bandwidth : 40 hrs a week

Overview : Our client is an innovative medical device manufacturer committed to developing devices to improve the lives of patients globally. They are seeking a consultant to provide package engineering support due to an increase in workload.

Key Responsibilities :

Use SolidWorks and other design / analysis software

Design packaging concepts for medical devices

Develop documentation, testing, validation, and implementation of packaging using various materials

Prepare packaging validation protocols and reports to support packaging changes.

Technical Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Packaging preferred)

5 years of medical device package engineering

Solidworks, CAD, and other design software

ISO 13485 / 11607

Experience with design verification and validation of packaging designs for Class II or III medical devices
