TMS Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate TMS Technician to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will have relevant clinical experience or experience in the mental health/psychiatry field. The TMS Technician will be responsible for operating the TMS device, scheduling treatments, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Training

We provide comprehensive training to all our TMS Technicians, ensuring they are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills to operate TMS devices safely and effectively. Our training program includes hands-on experience, detailed instruction on the latest TMS protocols, and continuous education on advancements in mental health treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate TMS Device: Safely and therapeutically operate the TMS device to deliver daily treatments to patients.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and family members regarding service delivery, treatment mapping, and patient response.
• Schedule Treatments: Coordinate and schedule daily TMS treatments for patients.
• Document Services: Consistently document each TMS service delivered in the Electronic Health
• Record (EHR) system.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Administer and document patient responses on mental health scales to monitor treatment progress and symptom remission.
• Patient Outreach: When applicable, assist in sourcing patients externally through local physician outreach, digital marketing, social media, and educational events.
  
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and Ability to learn and maintain Electronic Medical Records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Preferred: Relevant clinical experience or experience in the mental health/psychiatry field.
