POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Provider Recruitmen t plays a key role in supporting company growth by leading the talent acquisition of physicians and advanced practice practitioners throughout the country. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment creating and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies rooted in inclusion and diversity in collaboration with business leaders. The director will be a strategic thought partner who leads a team and plays a role as an individual contributor in recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Acts as business partner to hiring managers and responsible for annual recruitment goals.
- Develops and maintains relationships with executives and other stakeholders to collaborate on recruitment needs.
- Manages requisition requests. Collaborates with hiring managers on understanding the requests for adding and backfilling positions as well as job description creation.
- Interviews candidates over the telephone, virtually, and / or in person.
- Sources and recruits for designated positions based on team bandwidth, level of position, and executive impact.
- Manages requisition load and handles full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
- Drives activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts, and increase the number of quality recruits through networking, competitive sourcing, etc., inclusive of developing relationships with Ardent-based and / or local medical schools and graduate medical education training programs.
- Leverages recruiting analytics to assess and improve the current strategy to ensure a world-class practice; take a data-driven approach to decision-making that will support a culture of continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies
