Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.
Responsibilities
The role of the Patient Experience Navigator (PEN) is to improve the patient experience throughout the patients hospital visit, decrease hospital readmissions and identify process improvement opportunities.
Additionally, the PEN assist with admissions and discharges during times of high patient volumes.
This position reports directly to the Director of Quality.
Qualifications
Job Requirements :
Completion of education to obtain Texas Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience with Microsoft Word, Prefer experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and general data entry
Preferred Job Requirements :
Two years' experience in hospital nursing preferred
