Responsibilities
Responsible for answering calls, managed physician schedules, managed all incoming / outgoing documents from providers / patients, and represented the clinic with a positive, professional attitude. Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and worked to minimize patient wait times. Also serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.
