Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering calls, managing physician schedules, managing all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients and representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude.
- Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and work to minimize patient wait times.
- Serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting
Preferred Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of medical office reception experience
