- Installing applications on Windows Servers and Desktops
- Maintenance of server environment coupled with video recording equipment
- Windows Active Directory
- Deploying software via SCCM or MECM
- Third party software maintenance products
- Third party software deployment products
- Installing and maintaining Apple Devices
- Enterprise applications and networks
- Systems and network accreditation process
- Office products
- Server maintenance and ID generation
