Ardent is seeking an Capture Manager to join our team.
This is a hybrid / on-site position located in Tyson's Corner-Vienna, VA . Weekly on-site team, partner, and client meetings are expected regularly.
Position Description :
Ardent is seeking a talented Capture Manager to drive business development and capture efforts under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) contract vehicle, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and Department of Defense (DOD). This role focuses on identifying and securing opportunities that align with the SITE III scope, including innovative IT solutions that address evolving intelligence and security needs for mission customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of federal contracting, capture management best practices, and a thorough familiarity with SITE III requirements and objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Capture Development :
Establish and nurture strategic relationships with DIA, NGA, and DOD stakeholders, as well as industry partners, to position the company for success under SITE III.
Lead the capture process for SITE III task orders, including crafting capture plans, value propositions, and proposal strategies tailored to DIA and NGA requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to DIA, NGA, DOD customers, providing insights and recommendations on leveraging SITE III capabilities to meet mission-critical objectives.
Conduct in-depth research to uncover opportunities within the SITE III framework, focusing on IT modernization, infrastructure optimization, and secure cloud initiatives.
Partner with internal teams, including technical experts, project management, and executive leadership, to align capture efforts with corporate goals and DIA priorities.
