300 HIRING BONUS – ASK US FOR DETAILS We are hiring experienced PCB / Electronics Quality Inspectors for a leading PCB and Aerospace facility located in Central MA. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, surrounded by a passionate and talented workforce. This Quality Inspector will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous final inspection. Responsibilities :
Perform visual, mechanical, dimensional, functional, and electrical inspections of material, sub-assemblies, and assemblies
Apply established inspection procedures and utilize inspection tools and instruments
Follow Board Handling protocols
Conduct visual, mechanical, and part identification inspections on a variety of products being received
Validate PCBs based on customer drawings and specifications, following IPC-600 & IPC-610 requirements
Identify and recommend the disposition of defective items in accordance with company procedures
Test components for compliance using XRF tool
Investigate non-conforming material using data books and internet resources
Organize and maintain Material Review Board (MRB) and post-MRB disposition
Requirements for this Final Inspector position :
1-2 years of related experience in electronics or PCB final inspection / quality control experience
Knowledge of IPC-A-600 standards
Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems (EMS)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in using mechanical inspection equipment
Must have High School Diploma or GED
