We're seeking a motivated Warehouse Assistant to support our busy operations team in an engaging, fast-paced environment.
Location : Greater Lexington, MA area
Shift : Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate : $21.00
Key Responsibilities :
Handle and move boxes up to 50 lbs , including team lifts for heavier items
Operate pallet jacks and set up test equipment like conveyors and fencing
Assist with inventory management and maintain organized workspaces
Follow written and verbal instructions , collaborating with technicians and engineers
Support equipment installations and lab maintenance
What We're Looking For :
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Adaptability to switch tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and minimal supervision needed
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Bonus Skills :
Hands-on experience in labor-intensive roles or using hand / power tools
