Job Title: Accounting Clerk

As an Accounting Clerk, you will focus on Accounts Payable functions, playing a key role in managing company expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments to carriers. You will work closely with the sales and the accounting team to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Process carrier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all expenses are recorded and reconciled with proper documentation
- Collaborate with the accounting and sales team to resolve discrepancies
- Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure payments to carriers are made on time
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable
- Maintain carrier records and update contact information as needed
- Provide detailed reports on accounts payable activities and issues
