Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine data entry management for accounting records, including accounts receivable, billing, and account adjustments.
- Review deposit details, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy and apply necessary adjustments to all related accounts.
- As necessary, assist in all aspects of the audit process, contributing to the accuracy and compliance of financial records.
- Post journal entries to the Accounts Receivable (AR) and general ledger as needed, ensuring records are up-to-date and precise.
- May assist with mail pickup and drop-off, customer assistance, and other clerical tasks to support the accounting department.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- An associate's degree in business or accounting is preferred, providing foundational knowledge in accounting principles.
- At least three years of increasingly responsible experience in accounting; related business school or college courses may be substituted for up to one year of experience.
