This is a hybrid position located in the Washington DC area.
Position Description :
Ardent is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects from initiation to completion, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership to drive the success of relevant projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills to manage and execute impactful technology projects.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations and acts as an embedded member of the team.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Leads, manages, and contributes to high-level government meetings.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items.
- Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
- Experience in managing a diverse group of functional activities, subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel.
- Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
