This full-time role, reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Development and Marketing, is based at our scenic corporate campus just 20 minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport, surrounded by natural beauty and offering free parking.
Your Impact :
As Product Category Manager, you'll own the performance and strategy for ARDEX's Tile & Stone Installation Systems. You'll lead efforts to drive sales, profitability, new product launches, marketing campaigns, and category growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve market share, sales, and profitability targets.
- Partner with Marketing and Business Managers to enhance sales and gross margin.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, including new product development and commercialization.
- Research industry trends, market needs, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Sales.
- Create compelling product marketing strategies and value propositions.
- Oversee product packaging, promotional materials, and communication strategies.
- Manage national and regional marketing promotions.
