Specification and National Accounts Specialist
Location : Remote / Field-based with preferred home base location of Pittsburgh PA (access to ARDEX Corporate offices, located 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International airport. Other base location could be Central / Eastern PA or New Jersey
Compensation : Base salary of $80 - $95 depending on relevant experience; up to $15k bonus opportunity, care allowance plus business miles.

Position Overview :
In this role, you'll identify, secure and manage specifications for ARDEX products with national accounts (U.S.), including retail chains, restaurants, healthcare, and educational systems. You'll also support the Northeast Sales Region with Architectural and Specification opportunities and drive Offsite / Prefab / Modular initiatives in Eastern U.S. states. Specification experience is essential, together with industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage relationships with national accounts, targeting roles such as Directors of Construction and Specification Writers.
- Manage existing National Account relationships as the primary corporate liaison between the National Account and ARDEX. Keep specifications updated, support projects, introduce products, and facilitate communication.
- Drive architectural sales and specifications in the Northeast Region and Offsite / Prefab / Modular sectors.
- Collaborate across sales, technical, marketing, and product management teams.
- Maintain relationships with key contractors; participate in trade shows.
- Use CRM systems and construction project databases like Dodge.
- Minimum two (2) years' architectural sales or national accounts experience is essential
- Demonstrable knowledge of specifications and construction design is essential
- Experience with building or flooring products is essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Confident relationship builder, both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and virtual tools
- Ability to travel up to 35% with some overnight stays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
