Atlanta-based defense contractor is seeking to fill 1 full time Site Lead Case Manager responsible for managing a team of Non-Clinical Case Managers and ensuring the effective execution of Non-Clinical Case Management Services for the Wyoming Army National Guard (WYARNG). The LCM will oversee medical records tracking, case management, medical board processing, and compliance with Army regulations.
PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in healthcare administration, medical case management, or military medical operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends once per month for WYARNG drills
- Strong knowledge of Army medical systems: MHS-Genesis, MODS, MEDCHART, eCase, and MEDPROS.
- Experience managing teams in a healthcare or military setting.
- Familiarity with Army Regulations (AR 40-501, AR 40-502, AR 40-66, and HIPAA compliance).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with WYARNG leadership and Soldiers.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
- Completion of DoD Information Assurance (IA) Training (Must be completed within 30 days of hire)
- HIPAA Compliance Certification

Specific Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between contract personnel and WYARNG leadership.
- Supervise a team of Non-Clinical Case Managers, ensuring compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Oversee the tracking and management of Soldier Treatment Records (STRs) and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure proper case management for Soldiers with medical conditions, including profiling, treatment tracking, and medical board processing.
- Monitor and ensure data accuracy in Army medical databases (MEDPROS, MODS, MEDCHART, eCase).
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for WYARNG leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and secure handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
- Provide training and oversight to Non-Clinical Case Managers to ensure quality performance.
- Participate in Physical Health Assessment (PHA) events and weekend drills as required.
Work Conditions:
- Work primarily performed on-site at Raper Armory, Cheyenne, WY.
- Occasional telework permitted as approved by WYARNG leadership.
- Required to work one weekend per month to support PHA events and medical readiness activities.
