ACES Behavior Services Home Outreach Program is currently seeking motivated individuals for part-time ABA Instructor positions. The Home Outreach program provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the home, daycare and community settings. These services are based on ABA principles, and services are provided to clients with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental disorders aged 2-years to adult. ABA Instructors work closely with a BCBA level supervisor to increase the independence of the clients skill acquisitions programs and to support generalization across various setting and people. Comprehensive ongoing training is provided, including RBT credentialing.

Job Brief:
Data collection and Assessment
- Records client data throughout the session
- Reviews data regularly and notifies supervisor(s) of any relevant information
- Regularly meets with BCBA to review progress
- Records data in graphical format
General
- Interacts in a positive and professional manner with clients and families
- Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times
- Maintains organization and detailed session notes
- Performs all other relevant duties as assigned by supervisor
Communication
- Completes all forms, reports, and paperwork in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Communicates relevant information to supervisors and team members
- Participates in team meetings and ongoing trainings
Instruction
- Supports client learning and independence
- Responsible for the direct implementation of individual ABA instructional programs
- Implements behavior intervention plans to support the decrease of maladaptive and the increase replacement behaviors
- Implements programs across various settings in order to generalize skills
Knowledge
- Complies with and is fluent in, ACES policies and procedures
- Complies with and is fluent in, Behavior Services policies and procedures
- Complies with and is fluent in physical management training
- Complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- When relevant, complies with all regulations and guidelines of the BACB
Applicants will be required to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. If hired, ACES will support the candidate in this process. ACES offers supervision hours for staff working toward their BCBA certification.
