What Youll Do:
As a Home Outreach Supervisor, you will:
Conduct behavior assessments and design individualized programs for social, life, and functional skills development.
Develop functional behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
Train and support staff and parents to ensure effective program implementation.
Maintain accurate data collection, session notes, and program fidelity to ensure successful outcomes.
Lead monthly team meetings and provide written reports on progress to funding agencies.

Qualifications

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and State Licensure.
Meets BACB supervision requirements.
Experienced in working with children and adolescents with autism and related disabilities.
Knowledgeable in ACES policies and procedures, Behavior Services policies, ACES ASSIST training, and local, state, and federal regulations.
Committed to following BACB regulations and guidelines.
Organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to maintaining HIPAA compliance.
