About the Role: Are you ready to dive into the world of IT support? We're on the lookout for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our downtown Cleveland office. This full-time, on-site role includes some travel to our remote sites in the greater Cleveland area. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working with other admins to support our staff and vendors across various platforms and technologies. Plus, there's plenty of room for growth and promotion into more advanced roles!
What You'll Do:
- Tackle support tickets from end users.
- Manage inventory for in-production systems and stock.
- Handle user accounts and provisioning.
- Monitor on-premise and cloud backup status.
- Oversee package shipments with vendors.
- Order inventory and track shipments.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with Windows 10/11 desktops.
- Familiarity with HP desktop hardware.
- Basic computer and network troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD/Entra ID administration.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with CISCO networking equipment.
