Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / possible Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.
This position will be responsible for answering the phone, greeting walk-in customers/clients, processing mail, ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment and inventory (supplies, real estate signs, etc.) Knowledge of Quick Books and Microsoft Office 365 are a plus but will train. Candidate shall be responsible for Accounts Payable, Agent Commissions, Ordering Title work and closings through Title Companies etc., inputting new listings in MLS, new agent hires, and offering general support to all agents of the brokerage. Position offers 401K after 1st year and Paid time off only if qualified candidate chooses to take the full time position of Office Manager. Work with a great team in a fun, casual atmosphere!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
