Arely's Cakes & Arrange in Lufkin, TX is looking for a friendly customer service specialist to join our team. We are located on 611 S Chestnut. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- promptly responding to customer queries via email, phone and social media
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- willing to learn the basics of cake decorating and help the kitchen crew as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude at all times
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
