Arely's Cakes & Arrange in Lufkin, TX is looking for a friendly BILINGUAL (english/spanish) customer service specialist to join our team. We are located on 611 S Chestnut. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.
Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *promptly responding to customer queries via email, phone and social media *Assist Customers in preparing their orders *maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *willing to learn the basics of cake decorating and help the kitchen crew as needed
Qualifications

*Friendly attitude at all times *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments *Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have *Good communication skills with customers
