Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team at Arena Americas. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting top talent to support our growing operations. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for excellence in the event rental industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in human resources.
  • Source, screen, and hire candidates across a wide spectrum of roles, ranging from entry level labor positions to executive-level (C-suite/CEP) leadership.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies for different job levels and functions, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role in human resources.
  • Strong understanding of employment labor law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS software is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with ADP is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting in event rental industry a plus
  • Proven experience recruiting across diverse job categories, including entry-level, skilled trades, and executive-level positions.
  • Ability to adapt sourcing techniques and communication styles to engage candidates at all professional levels.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
