Job Summary:
Arena Sports Event Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our event guests. An Event Host sets the tone for a memorable event. You will set up and break down event spaces, greet customers, serve food and beverages, and guide customers through event attractions.

Arena Sports is a family-run business dedicated to family fun. We offer great soccer leagues and classes year-round. We also offer other ways to play, celebrate, and learn through our camps, birthday parties, inflatable FunZones, restaurants, and Family Entertainment Centers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for set up and clean up of event areas
- Serve food and beverages
- Help guests navigate the facility
- Monitor timing to ensure events stay on schedule
- Collaborate with guests to resolve issues to ensure a great experience
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
Qualifications:
- Event Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile for our guests
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Food Handler Permit and MAST Class 12 Permit are required
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to work weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.66 - $19.66 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
