Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working with actors, and demonstrate sensitivity to the needs of the room. By the end of the Fellowship, the Fellow will have participated in the process of mounting at least three productions and will have a broader understanding of various styles of stage management as well as the role that stage managers play in the collaborative process.
