Job Location: Washington, D.C. - Hybrid

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure and
Operations expert to oversee and manage our client s infrastructure and
operations across a variety of platforms, including AWS, VMware,
Cohesity, Burp Suite, and Splunk. The ideal candidate will have a strong
technical background, leadership experience, and the ability to drive
operational excellence within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance,
scalability, and security of our infrastructure, as well as leading a
team of infrastructure engineers to support and optimize critical
systems and services.
In addition, the program manager will manage resources, schedules,
financials and adhering to quality and control guidelines for the
infrastructure and operations team. This also includes management of
issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and
on-time project delivery.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Support the design and decisions around the ASPR infrastructure and
Operations
Recommend technologies and solutions to improve ASPR performance
Manage Project Team Leads to achieve project objectives
Mentor and coach staff, resolve conflicts and ensure our customers are
completely satisfied
Employ project management best practices and methodologies
Ensure project deliverables reflect the work performed and results are
accurately documented as it relates to the company objectives and
contracted deliverables
Work with Project Team Leads to develop objective performance
measurements across all program areas, to ensure consistent,
high-quality evaluation, and goal setting for employees
Establish and manage project methodology incorporating structures,
standards, processes, documentation, and reporting which supports the
needs of the projects and emphasize risk management and timely project
delivery
Requirements:
Clearance:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Education:
- Bachelor s degree or prior, relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Desired: PMP or PMI certification
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of project management, infrastructure, and
operations experience
- Experience managing all levels of technical professionals
- Experience managing contract financials and contract management
- Proven experience in providing service, effectively interacting and
relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent
presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- AWS, VMware, Cohesity, Burp Suite, and Splunk knowledge and
experience
- Cyber Security knowledge and experience
