70,000 - $165,000 at plan
Responsibilities :
- Follow the Team Plan
- Event Coordination : Coordinate and manage all aspects of open house events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish
- Property Preparation : Oversee the preparation of properties for open houses, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light to potential buyers
- Communication Management : Craft and deliver effective communication strategies to engage with open-house visitors, providing valuable information and guidance throughout the event
- Lead Follow-Up : Implement proactive follow-up procedures to nurture leads generated from open houses, maximizing the chances of conversion into sales
- Sales Generation : Utilize proven sales techniques to convert open house attendees into satisfied buyers, driving revenue and achieving sales targets
