As an Administrative Assistant at Arete, your primary responsibilities include:
- Travel planning and coordination / generating and submitting expense reports (Concur).
- Greet and welcome customers and vendors.
- Work closely with facilities; help escort, stock, etc. as needed.
- Maintain office supplies, help with ordering and stocking.
- Provide support with morale events.
- Process and get approvals for FedEx invoices.
- Reconcile credit card statements and manage petty cash.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Order and set up lunches for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain Niwot SharePoint page.
- Provide general administrative support for daily office tasks.

- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and on a team, provide back up for other team members.
- Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
- Advanced record-keeping, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adhere to defined processes and procedures, but also able to suggest improvements.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 1 year working as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Familiarity with Concur Solutions software.
