What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Google Workspace Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will play a critical role in advancing our organization’s capabilities and supporting the missions of our federal partners. In this position, you will be at the forefront of developing strategies that address key challenges in the federal sector. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading Innovative Projects: Design and execute projects that leverage Google Workspace solutions to address complex challenges within the federal government.
• Collaborative Solution Development: Work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, effective solutions that align with federal regulations and organizational goals.
• Strategic Impact: Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies, helping shape strategic decisions to position Aretec as a leader in federal contracting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with federal partners to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

The Skills We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Google Workspace, with deep knowledge of tools like Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and more. Expertise in administration, security, and integration within large-scale deployments is essential.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex challenges and devise innovative, practical solutions.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading projects or teams and driving strategic objectives while fostering professional growth among colleagues.
• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including federal stakeholders.
• Commitment to Mission: A deep understanding of federal government operations and a passion for contributing to initiatives with a national impact.

Job Expectations:

Day One:

• Orientation and Onboarding: Immerse yourself in Aretec’s culture, values, and mission. Begin building relationships with the team and familiarize yourself with our projects and federal partners.

Day Thirty:

• Active Contribution: Start actively contributing to projects, offering fresh perspectives. Collaborate with team members to understand project scopes and deliverables.
• Skill Application: Apply your Google Workspace expertise to contribute to tasks and demonstrate your adaptability and effectiveness.

Day Sixty:

• Project Leadership: Take on more responsibility within projects, possibly leading a small team or a segment of a project.
• Strategic Planning: Start contributing insights to strategic discussions, analyzing emerging technologies and trends.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Deepen engagement with federal partners, understanding their challenges and working toward tailored solutions.

Day Ninety:

• Full Ownership: Take full ownership of key projects or initiatives, driving them from start to finish.
• Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements across projects and within the organization.
• Mentorship Role: Actively mentor junior team members, creating a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
