Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationships Agent located in Boca Raton, FL. The Customer Relationships Representative will :
Be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service and experience.
Provide exceptional customer support via email, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
Assist individual customers with orders, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
Develop strong relationships with key customers, giving you the opportunity to transition into account management.
Work closely with our management team to improve customer experience and identify opportunities for growth.
Contribute to a company that has tripled in size in the last year—and will do the same this year!
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in the retail or customer service industry
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree is a plus
