At Instructional Empowerment, we’re looking for a current or former K-12 educator with strong customer engagement, business development, and strategic growth skills. As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), you’ll play a key role in driving adoption, expansion, and retention among our current customers while facilitating new accounts. You’ll be responsible for helping schools successfully activate, adopt, and grow product pilots and Marzano Evaluation Center (MEC) products and services.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Engagement & Expansion: Engage directly with educators and administrators to ensure they successfully adopt IE and MEC solutions, leading to increased retention and long-term partnerships.
Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, consultative relationships with key customers, ensuring they receive ongoing support and guidance to maximize their success.
Data-Driven Business Development: Use customer insights, feedback, and performance data to recommend expanded solutions and additional services that enhance school outcomes.
Market & Adoption Analysis: Monitor customer engagement, usage patterns, and industry trends to proactively identify growth opportunities.
Problem-Solving & Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with internal teams to ensure schools receive personalized solutions and continuous improvements.
Facilitating New Accounts: Support the onboarding of new customers, ensuring they receive the best solutions tailored to their needs.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field
✔ 5 years of K-12 classroom teaching experience
  • 2 years of experience as Assistant Principal (or equivalent) or Principal
  • 2 years of using Marzano Evaluation System as an evaluator is highly preferred
✔ Experience in customer success, business development, or education services (preferred but not required)
✔ A passion for building long-term relationships and driving growth
✔ Strong problem-solving and consultative skills to help schools implement solutions effectively
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred) or a willingness to learn
