The Shipping Coordinator for the Fremont location will assist our Shipping Manager in facilitating the delivery of products and controlling the inventory of the distribution center.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients to arrange delivery of incoming products based on estimated lead times.
- Update Clients with ETAs based on vendor confirmations.
- Work with vendors to control incoming shipments.
- Schedule daily/weekly shipments to clients including optimal driving routes.
- Confirming COD payments will be onsite at the time of delivery and arranging storage fees for products not scheduled for delivery.
- Track Orders and Back-Order Shipments from vendors.
- Work with the Shipping Team to ensure the trucks are loaded optimally.
Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping related fields, preferably windows or other trade experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- basic computing skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
