Customer Service Rep
Responsibilities :
- Interact with cross functional teams via email, phone, and customer portals.
- Enter customer orders & revisions and takes appropriate actions to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Processes service issues including generating RMAs and return shipping documents for incoming returned product and approve related workflows.
- Generates pick tickets and maintain weekly Shipment report, collaborating with purchasing, production, and shipping to meet target ship dates.
- Produces reports, communications, and order documents when required.
- Ensures calls and correspondences are addressed within standard response time.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
