Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Die Casting Operator to join our team at Argus Technical Services. In this role, you will be responsible for operating die casting machines, maintaining/improving casting quality, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and remove tooling in die casting machines
- Produce good casting samples for quality control to approve production
- Assist with process adjustments to maintain/improve casting quality
- Change cores, shot rods, shot tips, spray guns
- Furnace tending and metal transfers
- Material handling
- Relief operator
Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment
- Die casting or foundry experience beneficial
- Ability to stand, lift, and work in varying temperatures
- Attention to detail and working safely critical
