Custom Home Builder is looking for a Sales Assistant to support sales and marketing activities for new custom home sales efforts The selected candidate will assist in all lead generation and lead management, and prospect follow-up.
Required Skills
1) Be able to effectively interact with customers, Real Estate Agents, Company personnel and industry peers;
2) Demonstrate general knowledge of the company sales process and participate in sales training as directed by their management team.
3) Demonstrate general administrative skill in working with the sales team and use of Lead Management and Intranet software systems, including Design and Quotation capabilities.
4) Demonstrate a proficiency in sales communication, to include, but not limited to face to face meetings, telephone skills, and email communications
5) Be capable of managing tight deadlines, promptly addressing changes without disrupting schedules, and managing high volumes of work with minimal direct supervision.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open and operate furnished model home.
- Meet, greet, and qualify walk in traffic and customers in a professional manner.
- Demonstrate to prospective customer’s features, benefits, and products offered.
- Maintain and update the merchandising and marketing efforts of the model home, sales office, and community signage
- Foster an ongoing environment of teamwork and collaboration between all personnel and associated Real Estate Broker team, focusing all actions toward meeting stated objectives.
- Develop and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for employees and customers at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
