Compensation:Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 USD per year
Additional Benefits: 10% commission on successful deals
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or BDR role.
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Desired Skills and Experience
A degree in Business Development or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Sales Navigator, ApolloMust be authorized to work in the United States.
SaaS related sales exp is a plus
