What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Analyst position at Arhaus LLC?
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest levels of data integrity, accuracy and transparency across all managed tools
- Responsible for owning and maintaining the current suite of reporting across the marketing team
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting shareouts at all levels including Executive team with the ability to craft based on audience
- Partner with marketing channel owners to review performance, offer insights, and point out potential concerns
- Creation of custom reporting for future initiatives and needs for the marketing teams
- Developing and maintaining ad hoc reporting that may come up
- Serve as a ‘trusted advisor’ for the marketing department from the lens of analytics and data-driven ideation
- Stay up to date on all news regarding data, privacy, attribution, etc. that affect reporting/analysis

- Experience with various Marketing Platforms is strongly preferred (Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate, ESP, Catalog & Direct Mail, etc.)
- Experience with Google Analytics or other Analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to adapt with the ever-changing marketing analytics landscape
- Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, E-Commerce, Business, or similar
- 1-3 years Analytics and Reporting experience required
- Expertise in Excel
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikSense, etc.)
