Social Media Creative Lead

Arhaus is searching for a Social Media Creative Lead, responsible for conceptualizing and executing all creative deliverables for social media marketing, inclusive of organic and paid strategy. This position will work to define and execute a cohesive creative strategy for the Arhaus social ecosystem that aligns with high level brand strategy, retail marketing strategy, and the direction for all other owned platforms within Arhaus’ digital footprint (website, email, etc.). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Media, this team member is an innovative graphic designer and content creator who has a pulse on digital trends and remains consistently updated with the rapidly changing social media and digital marketing landscape. This position is located on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, direct, develop and execute content inclusive of art direction and graphic design for paid and organic social media channels, inclusive of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube, among others
• Concept and execute short and long form video content and animation, inclusive of storyboarding, art direction, and editing treatments
• Pitch and execute innovative social first concepts to amplify business goals and initiatives
• Translate campaign themes into compelling social channel specific content
• Stay abreast of social media landscape (Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, influencers and creators, etc.) and infuse trends into brand relevant design executions
• Think strategically to translate data and insights into creative, social-first content that delivers results
Own and oversee work through lifecycle of project
• - concept, design and development, refinement, execution
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all deliverables
• Partner with production partners to revise and refine design assets for delivery
• Source and organize all UGC and related content from all social media platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, copy, influencer, storytelling content strategy, production, and more
• Required to travel when applicable

Required Experience

• 4 years relevant design and content creation experience, inclusive of video and digital animation and storytelling
• A compelling portfolio of distinctive design work with elevated brand expressions
• Expert in the Adobe Suite, Premiere, After Effects, social apps and design tools
• A knowledge of home, interior design, image making, and branding with a highly refined sensibility
Inspired by the changing creative landscape
• - social, experiential, and brand obsessed
• Passion for pop culture, trends in social media, understanding of landscape and performance drivers
• Refined design sensibility and typography skills
• Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Experience in a fast-paced environment where deadlines, priorities, and initiatives pivot at the speed of social trends

Preferred Experience

• Experience with retail and/or eCommerce D2C brands
• Understanding of retail calendar and seasonal process
• Experience with copywriting
• Experience with luxury brands is a plus
