We are seeking a Content Creator to join our Final Mile Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating strategic communication and has experience developing department and organization tools that support the company’s vision.
- Research and write detailed daily, weekly, and monthly communication to be used within the Final Mile team.
- Create team presentations, directives, and SOPs with a visually appealing flair.
- Develop content aligned with team needs by working closely with the Final Mile team and other partners cross-functionally.
- Interest in graphic design to create required resources.
- Understanding needs for audience and industry; 3PL partnership, relationship, and day-to-day challenges.
- Support the creation and rollout strategy of training & education materials to be leveraged by internal team members, as well as external partners.
- Support the development of a single web-based platform as a single source of truth for internal and external use.
- Identify opportunities to improve department and organization processes rooted in communication deficiencies.
- Adhere to company communication standards and create brand consistency for the Final Mile presentation tools.
- Other duties as needed to help support the team.
