The eComm Specialist is responsible for assisting the eCommerce and Omni-Merchandising teams with all duties related to product management, site merchandising, landing page setup, product launches and overall site experience.

The eComm Specialist is responsible for assisting the eCommerce and Omni-Merchandising teams with all duties related to product management, site merchandising, landing page setup, product launches and overall site experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in execution of merchandising strategies for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotions through Arhaus.com.
- Audit product presentation online to ensure that products are accurately described, categorized, tagged and priced.
- Work with omni-merchants to coordinate execution of new product launches
- Complete weekly audits of category pages online to ensure optimal shopping experience
- Partner with eComm team to troubleshoot and resolve site issues related to products or category pages
- Act as subject matter expert in Shopify product management and troubleshooting
- Address concerns risen by sales, merchandising, or store teams in a professional and proficient manner
- Other duties as may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position, on an as needed basis.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Previous Arhaus field experience a plus.
- Previous Shopify or other CMS experience a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required – some college preferred, merchandising degree a plus.
- Good interpersonal skills including a positive attitude, friendly people skills, efficient time management, coach-ability, critical thinking & problem solving skills, and the ability to work as a productive team member are required.
- Adherence to the Arhaus dress code (due to vendor visits and store appearances).
- Strict adherence to Arhaus policies on attendance and punctuality.
