The E-Commerce Specialist will support the E-Commerce and Web Sales team operations ensuring that every guest to Arhaus.com has a premiere experience tied in with the company’s brand expectations. The role will ensure the health and efficiency of the website, and will collaborate with multiple internal departments to deliver website improvements that drive conversion. This position will be in Arhaus’ Marketing Department reporting to the Director of E-Commerce.

The E-Commerce Specialist will support the E-Commerce and Web Sales team operations ensuring that every guest to Arhaus.com has a premiere experience tied in with the company’s brand expectations. The role will ensure the health and efficiency of the website, and will collaborate with multiple internal departments to deliver website improvements that drive conversion. This position will be in Arhaus’ Marketing Department reporting to the Director of E-Commerce.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of E-Commerce management including: maintaining site health, operational excellence, execution of future growth initiatives, performance reporting, and issue resolution
- Develop subject matter expertise in Arhaus website systems and processes
- Ensure website content accuracy including product information, promotions, and pricing utilizing knowledge of data flow processes
- Monitor website usability and the customer experience to improve site performance, merchandising options, engagement, and conversion
- Troubleshoot website, payment, and order processing issues with internal teams and develop toolset and disciplines for internal teams to expedite issue resolution
- Document processes of site management for current and future team members
- Partner with IT teams on E-Commerce requirements and testing for new site capabilities. Participant in UAT.
- Partner with internal teams including Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Email, Creative, Web Sales and Technology as the company evolves site capabilities and optimizes performance
- Partner with Warehouse & Logistics to evolve order management and service level expectations
- Stay current with emerging web technologies, MarTech tools, industry trends, and other opportunities
- Perform site audits, as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or similar
- Use of E-Commerce platforms; Shopify Plus experience preferred
- 1-3 years E-Commerce or Site Management expertise required
- Microsoft Excel proficiency required
- Effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Demonstrates strong logical, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Project management or business analyst experience a plus
- Google Analytics or similar expertise is a plus
